胡卫明

胡卫明，中国科学院自动化研究所模式识别国家重点实验室研究员（二级），博士生导师，视频内容安全研究团队负责人，国家杰出青年基金获得者（2008 年），中组部万人计划领军人才（2016 ，已公示），科技部中青年科技创新领军人才入选者（2013），人社部百千万人才工程国家级人选（2015），国家有突出贡献中青年专家（2015），国家863 重点专项首席专家（2011），中科院百人计划入选者。

1998 年1 月在浙江大学计算机系获工学博士学位。1998 年3 月进入北京大学计算机科学技术研究所（即北大方正技术研究院）博士后流动站，从事博士后研究工作。2000 年4 月起在中国科学院自动化研究所模式识别国家重点实验室工作。曾多次到美国哥伦比亚大学，伊利诺伊斯大学厄巴那- 香槟分校，英国雷丁大学和伦敦大学伯克贝克学院，法国波尔多第三大学，澳大利亚莫纳什大学和卧龙岗大学以及新加坡国立大学做访问研究。

2004年以第二完成人获北京市科学技术奖(基础研究类)一等奖，2008年以第一完成人获北京市科学技术奖(基础研究类)二等奖，2012年以第一完成人获北京市科学技术奖(技术发明类)一等奖，2013年以第一完成人获北京市发明专利奖一等奖、以第一完成人获中国专利优秀奖。2015年以唯一完成人获吴文俊人工智能科学技术奖一等奖。先后主持了国家自然科学基金重点项目、重大国际合作项目、国家杰出青年基金项目、国家863重点专项项目、目标导向类课题，北京市自然科学基金重点项目等二十余项科研项目。已在PAMI、IJCV等国际刊物、国内一级刊物以及ICCV、ECCV、CVPR等重要国际学术会议上发表论文200余篇，其中第一作者44篇。据不完全统计，本研究组发表的论文被Web of Science他引4198次、Google Scholar他引12363次；单篇Web of Science他引用最高次数为779次、单篇Google Scholar他引最高次数2105篇次。授权发明专利30余项。已授权发明专利30余项。主持完成了国家某大型网络监管重点示范工程项目。负责完成的敏感图像识别技术、兴奋剂宣传销售信息识别技术得到了实际应用，负责开发了网络多模态有害信息过滤系统。有7年作为软件工程师的软件系统开发经历，独立完成源代码20万行以上，开发了多套软件产品与实用系统在国内有关单位推广使用，其中完成的商业化软件产品—方正智绘地图晕渲系统广泛使用于测绘、地矿、农业、林业、出版等行业。负责的研究团队有事业编制和非事业编制的职工10人、研究生30余人。
